Pricing

Website pricing, in plain numbers.

Every build is flat-priced and quoted before work starts. Here’s where each option starts, what moves the price, and a two-minute scope check that points you to the right one.

Websites

Three options. All flat-priced.

You get the number before work starts, not after. No hourly billing and no surprise change orders.

Custom

$7,500 from

You have more than one location, crew or system that needs to talk to the site.

  • Multi-page and multi-location structure
  • Integrations: CRM, booking, payments, review tools
  • Scoped and quoted flat after a discovery call
  • First year of care included

Timeline set at scoping

*Ask about our launch offer — Austin businesses booking this season may qualify. Every build includes a local SEO baseline and a review loop.

After launch: the care plan

Hosting, your domain, backups, security and platform updates, paid once a year so the site still loads fast and ranks a year from now. Content edits are from $100/hr. You decide on care in writing before launch, and you own the site either way.

$300/yr, from

Campaigns are monthly programmes from $1,500/mo, scoped on a call. See what’s included.

What changes the price

Six things move the number.

These are what we ask about on the call, and what the scope check below uses.

Number of pages

Five well-built pages cover most single-location businesses. More services or treatments mean more pages.

Proven structure or custom design

A proven layout in your brand is faster and cheaper. A custom design is built around your business from scratch.

Editing it yourself

If you want to post and edit pages without calling us, the site needs a CMS.

Locations and service areas

Each location or service area that deserves its own page adds structure and local SEO work.

Integrations

Connecting booking, CRM, payments or review tools to the site is scoped as Custom work.

Your content

Photos, service lists and copy you already have keep things moving. If you need us to write or shoot it, that’s scoped as content.

Questions

Pricing questions, answered.

Is the care plan included in the price?

No, care is separate and paid once a year, from $300/yr. Custom builds include the first year. You decide on care in writing before launch.

How does payment work?

Builds are 50% up front and 50% at launch. Work starts on the 1st or the 15th, whichever comes first after you say go.

What’s the launch offer?

Austin businesses booking this season may qualify. Ask about it on your call and we’ll tell you whether you do.

Why flat prices instead of hourly?

Because you should know the number before you commit. A flat price also gives both of us a reason to keep the build on schedule.

Is the scope check a quote?

No. It points you to the option that usually fits answers like yours. Your actual price is set in writing after a short call.
